R S Bedi

R S Bedi, the present CEO for the Logistics Business of PSBedi Group, had served in the Indian Army from 1971 to 1983 in 63 Cavalry of the Armoured Corps. He is an alumnus of Royal Indian Military College (RIMC), National Defence Academy (NDA) and Indian Military Academy (IMA). On pre-mature retirement, he joined the family business of International Freight Forwarding and Customs House Brokerage. The business has grown on Pan-India basis and diversified into specialized transportation, Project Support Services and door to door logistics including Defence, Exhibition and Project Logistics with multinational clients. The group also has several Trade Representations in the Defence and Homeland Security segments. Bedi has carried out extensive work in creating ERP and MIS digital tools for the logistics industry. For over ten years now, R S Bedi has been a Member of the Managing Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was also the Chairman of Logistic Management Committee, Co-Chairman of Defence Industry Committee and Chairman of Railways Committee of the Chamber.

Mr Maninder Singh Bedi (M S Bedi) is a Director in PSBedi Group of Companies. He is a Retired Armed Forces Officer having served in the Artillery Regiment of the Indian Army from 1973 to 1979 and thereafter in the Aviation Department of the Artillery from 1979 ~ 1986. During his service as an Artillery Aviator of the Indian Army, he served in the regions of Siachen, Leh, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir. During this period of his service, he undertook several rescue missions and was awarded the Gallantry award of ‘Sena Medal’.
M S Bedi is an alumnus of erstwhile Prince of Wales’ Royal Indian Military College (now known as Rashtriya Indian Military College) (1964 ~ 1969), National Defence Academy (NDA) (1969 ~ 1971) and Indian Military Academy (1971 – 1972).
Having had a very satisfying service of 13 years in the Armed Forces, Mr M S Bedi took premature retirement from Indian Army in 1986 and joined the family business of International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage which over the years has grown into a pan India operation and with worldwide associations. Mr M S Bedi has for the past several years managed the Operation and Execution of Logistics Services of the Group, thereby ensuring a loyal Customer base. He has also been instrumental in starting the trading businesses in the PSBedi Group and has been heading PSBedi SecureCom Pvt Ltd and Shotam Instruments Pvt. Ltd. These companies have several international trade representations and are dealing in the sale of security and non-security products into the Defence, Homeland Security and Civil Market segments.
M S Bedi is also actively involved in supporting the Charity projects being undertaken by Bedi Foundation, which is actively involved in ‘Girl Child Education’, ‘Empowerment of Women’ and ‘Caring & Sharing’ programs through ‘Feeding the Poor’.

A Chartered Accountant who started his career as a Consultant on Customs and Central Excise Laws. The practice saw him successfully associate, represent, and resolve vast issues of business and Fiscal Law Administration by virtue of his professional skills. He was on Fiscal Law committees of various Chambers of Commerce and Industrial / Trade Associations.
Beginning as a one-man operation in 1975, he directly contributed to shaping a professional organization, building a pan-India presence, and tying up with the biggest and best names in logistics in the world. With a client base including Fortune 500 companies, the Group has emerged as a formidable player in logistics and supply chain category in India. Today, PSBedi Group stands tall with over 300 employees in its logistics business and a solid reputation of exceeding the expectations of clients.
HS Bedi was instrumental in obtaining for PS Bedi the joint accreditations of AEO, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Sustainability), OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 20121:2012 (Sustainability of Events),ISO 28001:2007 (Security Management Systems for the Supply Chain) & C-TPAT. HS Bedi also brought PSBedi to be a member of IAEE and one of the few logistics companies in the world to be invited by The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) to becomes its member.
He is a Rotarian and is also associated with various NGOs working with blind children and street children education spaces.
He has been a Chairman of International Exhibition Logistics Association (IELA) based out of Switzerland; an erstwhile Board Member of International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), and of Pharma Logistics Network (PLN).
